BFB Enterprises, Inc. was started by Ernest Spinner in 1997. Mr. Spinner had just retired as President of Arizona Chemical, concluding a 26 year career with International Paper, the parent company of Arizona Chemical. Since his prior work took him abroad often, opening a chemical import/distribution business based initially upon the many contacts he had made through the years was a logical way to build a new business.
Starting with rosin from Brazil and China, BFB Enterprises, Inc. now additionally imports rosin esters, dyes, pigments (including TiO2), and CaCO3 from China as well as tea flavors from Germany.
BFB Enterprises, Inc. buys, imports, clears the products through customs, and stores the products in public warehouses in Savannah, Charleston, Mobile, Long Beach, or if preferred, customer's sites. From the customer's perspective after the initial order is placed, buying imported products from BFB Enterprises, Inc. is, in fact, no different than buying from a domestic source. It is available locally as needed, when needed, and paid for with agreed upon terms after delivery.
Sales agents are employed who have many years of experience in specific product lines, and know their respective areas very well.
